During my recent stay at Excelsior, I found the hotel to offer a satisfactory balance between luxury and cost. The location is indeed a prime asset, being conveniently situated near the Republic Metro station and within walking distance of Place de République and the Seine river. The 24-hour reception and luggage storage were particularly convenient, catering to late flights and allowing for seamless check-in and check-out processes.The room was comfortable, with adequate heating and complimentary toiletries. Although I didn't have the opportunity to indulge in the in-room breakfast, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a welcome feature for staying connected. The absence of pets and non-smoking rooms ensured a clean and tranquil environment.Excelsior offers good value for its central location and essential amenities. If you prioritize convenience and practicality over opulence, this hotel is a sensible choice for your stay in Paris.
